I saw on the FedEx app that I have a shipment coming so I assumed it was my phone. But I just got an mail from Samsung saying one or more of my items has shipped. It listed only the charger as being shipped. Has anyone gotten an email saying that the charger shipped and it ended up being the phone also? I'm hoping that's the case. FedEx says the package is 2 lbs. I can't imagine they would say it's 2 lbs for just a charger.

I saw on the FedEx app that I have a shipment coming so I assumed it was my phone. But I just got an mail from Samsung saying one or more of my items has shipped. It listed only the charger as being shipped. Has anyone gotten an email saying that the charger shipped and it ended up being the phone also? I'm hoping that's the case. FedEx says the package is 2 lbs. I can't imagine they would say it's 2 lbs for just a charger.

Mine said 3 pounds with the charger and phone. It could be just the charger. It has some weight to it. I hope not for your sake.

Well same here-I ordered mine on the 24th and got 2 emails, one this morning saying charger shipped and then 2 hours later Note 8 shipped. Have tracking information for charger and confirmed for Note 8. Called Fedex and said 2lbs also. Site says one or more might be shipped together-so question for me would be-did anyone get tracking information on Charger and just had confirmation on Note 8 and BOTH were in the box???? I tried call 855 number and 4 hour wait time to ask-could not hold that long and missed call back.

UPDATE!!!-I called back Fedex and asked if another package was coming to my house and she said yes and was from same shipper expected on the 22nd as well. SO great news for anyone else who has the same concerns! Call Fedex and speak to representative and ask what I asked and concerns should be addressed!

Double check your email, because when I looked at mine today I had a shipping notification and thought it was only the charger, however when I was going through my email a few spaces down I found a second shipping notification which was the phone

I only got one email and it states that the charger has shipped. And on my order page it shows the phone as confirmed, the charger as shipped and the sd card as backordered. I'm really hoping that once more Samsung just didn't update my order and my phone comes with the charger tomorrow.

Yeah right. Give up $425 just to get the phone maybe a week or 2 earlier. You threatened to cancel yours plenty of times and never did, so why tell someone else that?

If you are speaking to me I didn't threaten anything. I simply said one time if my phone doesn't ship Wednesday I will cancel. And it's not like I'd be giving up $425. I said if I cancelled I would not buy a Samsung. As of now I have reason to believe or at least hope that my phone did ship today. And if it didn't then like I said I will be cancelling my order and sending back the free charger which did for sure ship today.

Still shows preordered status. According to order confirmation, it's supposed to ship "Week of 09/18" so I guess I'll wait until next week.
