As of today, still no update to my status. Shows Pre-Order status, purchased 8/27, Unlocked variant. I used the Chat feature on the website just to see what they would tell me today. Said it would be shipped in 3-5 business days.
This is after an email I initiated with CS telling me it would be received on 9/15. A Chat agent saying it would be 9/16, a phone rep told me by 9/20, another Chat saying first week of October, and then today 3-5 business days.
It must have something to do with it being an Unlocked phone. I also emailed the office of Samsung's US president, but never received a response. It is hard to believe their CS cannot offer a real explanation or that Samsung is unable to ship one phone that was spoken for almost a month ago.
