Something's wrong you should have got an emailOrdered mine on August 29th. No email, no communications, customer service that doesn't care. I just cancelled my order. I'm waiting till Black Friday when I can buy one for less.
i am totally fed up with Samsung customer no-support.
I think 8/29 was a bad day for orders, I placed an order that day but the payment was blocked because the banks fraud protection kicked in. I never received any kind of email or notification that something was wrong. I finally emailed support on 9/10 and was told the order failed fraud review and that i should call customer support. Well because of Irma wasn't able to get a new order setup until 9/12. On brighter note just got shipping confirmation, phone and charger in one box and sview flip case in another box ^_^.
