my preorder pickup at best buy took 2 hours to straighten out, they totally botched it. I was trading my old phone in and apparently they didnt indicate that in the order...they had to cancel the preorder and start over, AT&T was slammed and then they ended up having to go up a level in customer service to unlock my account to redo the upgrade...it was a mess but in the end i walked out with the phone $400 less in price
