Samsung Direct: Galaxy S9/S9+ Official Pre-Order Thread

Does anyone know what their "Guarenteed Delivery by Mar 14" Offer entitles us too, if the storm disrupts delivery of the device by tomorrow?

Not sure it was guaranteed but my expectation for anyone who was supposed to get it by the 14th and doesn't because of the storm will be told that Samsung is sorry for the inconvenience, MAYBE get a $10 credit or some small gesture. Can't control the weather.

No one is entitled to anything when it comes to "acts of God" or natural disasters. Chalk that one up to the game.
 
Mine hasn't moved either. Where are you located? I'm in Mass under a blizzard so wondering if storm related or if they haven't moved any of them yet...?

You should start seeing movement in their system today. It's common as far as information rediness.

I think FedEx is trolling me, so far a truck came to my work parking lot and dropped off across the lot and then I saw another one just drive through the parking lot without stopping. I hope that's the case because that is funny to think about.
 
I've been playing with the IconX for a couple days, totally awesome!

I loved mine until they stopped working properly after a couple of months. First, sound from the right bud became very quiet and then the left and now both are extremely quiet. I began looking around and this appears to be a common problem (search the Samsung forums). I tried cleaning them and resetting them and they just do not work right anymore. The first couple months were great, but beware.

MY PHONE ARRIVED!

FedEx just dropped it off while I was home for lunch. S9+ in Midnight Black!
 
Fedex came early and dropped mine off about an hour ago. Booted up and already fresh loaded all my apps on there. Very quick and everything has been responding well so far. Came with a verizon sim, but i popped in mine from my S7 Edge and worked right away.
 
Did anyone have any luck having your phone held at a Fedex location for pick up? When I try to request "Hold at Location", it won't let me select it. It looks as if that option is grayed out.
 
Why do I do this to myself every year?!?! Get excited about a silly phone. Read about it until I can pre-order. Then read about it more after I pre-order as everyone is getting it to imagine what I'm going to soon have. Then I get it and it is just a phone, and my life doesn't change. These phones suck! :p
