Samsung freebies, which did you choose and how did you submit it?

I submitted 2 phone and approved for free gifts off of both phones.
Had to do separate though, but the same time. Recieve gifts last Saturday

THAT wireless charger cradle is really gorgeous. I like it better than Samsungs other wireless charger. Seems to work faster too.

That's not right. It's suppose to be in there with the charger.

Called the Samsung promotion center, he had to escalate the ticket, they should contact me within 4-6 days. He did say they had quite a few calls with the same problem as mine.

Just received my charger, no SD card in the box. I only got one tracking number. Maybe it's coming from a different location? I actually don't need the card, but it's free.

Same issue here.... Wireless charger came, no SD card... Also my box wasn't sealed, but the brown FedEx box was...

My charger appeared to have been opened, as it had been resealed. Also mine came from the plainview returns center. Everything in the box was still new with the new plastic. It seems to work fine. Now if I can get my SD card.

Anybody else have an update for the Samsung shop app? After update when I go to see my promotion status it just says register and won't do anything when I clicked it. Before I was able to check status. Oh well I can still check status thru the email they sent me.

I called Samsung about that issue.. They told me I was wrong and it was working just as I it always had. I told them that the application had updated 30 minutes prior and they told me that any updates wouldn't change anything. Smh

I just discovered this myself when I went into Shop Samsung to check the status of my freebies. We can no longer check it. Apparently we'll be notified of status changes in our "inbox" which can be gotten to under the menu.

I ordered the charger and SD card and I got a tracking number from FedEx for a '360 kit'. Anyone else get something other than what they wanted? I haven't received mine yet, it still hasn't moved since Saturday.

Lol just had another Samsung shop update which fixed my problem of not being able to check freebie status

The new shop update seems to have removed the ability to check the redemption status..

I've been waiting since Sept 7 and mine still says in review, though it was approved weeks ago

But now here I am over a month later and no gift the top part where it shows status it is checked all the way even gift sent but no tracking and that has been that way for over a week bottem still says will ship in 6-8 weeks so go figure. I submitted on the website because nothing showed up in my promotions on the shop samsung app I don't know if thats the difference. I see people who submitted a lot later then me have gotten theres and I'm still waiting.
