Of course it will. Moto may have stuck with 4.2.2, but Samsung is not about to do so. (Else the Note 2 would have seen a 4.2.2 update by now.)

The only thing wrong is that we don't have LTE in our area. Friends who have bought HTC One, for example, have had to subsist on 3G and they are not happy about it. They can't stream video and any downloads take forever. Sprint keeps saying, "by the end of the month, by the end of the month." This has gone on since June. I honestly wonder if Sprint will have LTE working well by end of year, and by then there could possibly be another hot phone. But other than OIS I can't imagine what it could have more than the Note3.
