This. is. hilarious. Samsung better feast on this. I've always liked the plastic because I felt those heavy iPhones sustain more damage when dropped. Now they're just folding up like a napkin.

Both phones are susceptible to bending if enough force is applied. The Unbox Therapy and other videos (I watched a German tech blog do the same test last night), show that the Note 3 and iPhone 6 Plus bend. Granted the Note 3 appears to bounce back and recover more so.

For the OP, I wouldn't let intentional forcible bending deter you from the 6 Plus if iOS is what you think will work best for you.

That's the problem. Those reports that came it, indicated the users suffer this ibend syndrome unintentionally especially when they put their phones in tight pants pockets.

A separate report where iPhone is having signal/wifi issues. Considering it's a high end smart phone, it appears apple did a very rush job & now incur the wrath from the users.

For peace of mind, stick to the proven reliable Note series.

I also heard they were getting really warm. A $800 phone will look like total garbage if you accidentally bend it. Sounds like a bad design.

On the point about the warmness, of course an aluminum phone gets warm, even my plastic Galaxy s3 got warm, however the iPhone 6 in my usage so far has only gotten warm during charging (no brainer obviously), whereas my galaxy got warm with heavy use in addition to getting warm while charging.

But all phones get warm, so that's really not an issue.

IPhone 6 plus is a downgrade to the note 3, the only reason to switch to iPhone is if you've been unhappy with android.

I've had the S3,S4,and now the S5. I have been looking at the note 4 but really thinking to myself I might have to wait a year probably to get Android L on it. Still on 4.4.2 on my S5 but my Oneplus one 4.4.4. I'm considering the IPhone6+ because I'm bored as hell with Android. I sold my IPad Air and bought the Tab S, I love watching movies on it, far better than the iPad. But web browsing on the Tab S sucks. It lags all the time and frankly the apps are better on the iPad. I've always been an Android fanboy since I bought the G1, but lately I've been looking at ios because imo the experience is better. I ordered an IPhone6+ yesterday but I still want to check out the note 4 before switching.

I went ATT today, thought they'd have the N4 on display but they didn't. Got to compare the N3 with the 6 Plus and I really liked the N3. I've only had iPhones since the 3 and currently have a 5. Have a 6 Plus preordered.

Ran over to BestBuy, hands on with the N4 and then I was completely sold! Canceled 6 Plus preorder and ordered a N4. Can't wait!!

Had the IPhone 5 then upgraded to the Note 3. Thought if I did not like it, I could switch back to IPhone after a year. Normally I change phones every year but, with this phone, I am looking forward to the Note 4 but at the same time wanting to keep the Note 3. It does way more than the IPhone and does it much better.

So we can get a 128gb to put in the Note 4? I was under the impression the max storage was 128gb not that we could also add a 128gb sd card. I am coming from the iPhone as well, ready for a change!

Get both - that is my plan. I love iOS AND Android! I actually already have the 6+ and it is pretty darn nice and runs pretty darn smooth. Is it just me or do apps on iOS seem more polished?

I have a Note 4 on preorder and can't wait for it. I have owned the Note 1,2 & 3 and don't use the stylus but I can see where others find value in it. Just my 2 cents.

How would you compare it with a Note 3?

There's basically nothing new in iOS 8 since the so called notification and actions support is a joke compared to Android.

People who are die hard Apple fans won't even consider Android and will get every new iPhone. For anyone seriously comparing the 2, IMO iPhone 6 literally does nothing better either in software or hardware, unless you really must have certain iOS apps or Pay.
