Funny how my customized laptop ordered on 08/24 shipped before my Note 9. Well not funny

Might just do that. Just got off chat with them and they have moved my order for 128 ATT variant out a week to 9/23 from 9/15. Amazon has the unlocked version ready to ship today! Would just lose my trade in but could put that on eBay. Probably won't get the $300 I was going to get for trade in but this is my third time around with Samsung.com and not sure the few dollars is worth dealing with them. Plus if you have problems with them it's no fun at all. Just a little worried about buying unlocked to use on ATT?

Yep, and I don't trust that later date either. But I have dealt with them before so I know how they work. If I knew an unlocked phone would work ok I wouldn't worry about cancelling and ordering through Amazon. At least Amazon easier to deal with on problems.

I was told by Samsung yesterday that pre-orders placed around 8/10 would be shipped 8/29. I didn't believe him but checked Fedex tracking using my order number with _01 and it shows shipped today with Friday delivery.

Dang if it took you an extra 5 day I'm worried about how long it'll take to get mine. I ordered at&t 512 purple on the 16th. Glad you'll have all weekend with it though. And I hope you get labor day off cause i know I feel likE never going back to work and gluing myself to my phone.

I ended up ordering an ATT, Blue 128, on Aug 22, delivery is scheduled for the week of Sept. 16. To hold me over until then, I ordered a Purple one on that day and it arrived on Aug 24 (they must have a large inventory of purple). I have 15 days to return the purple phone so I will send this back on the 10th and use my Pixel 2xl for the week in between. I think the week I have to use my Pixel 2xl after the Note 9 will tell me if I really want the Note 9.

If you just want to use a Note 9 for 15 days, order the purple one and then send it back.

I ordered 8/14 512 blue unlocked also. Mine just showed in process. My ship date was supposed to be the week of 8/26. Nothing on fedex though.

I sent an email to samsung about how as a company they should take care of their preorders first. They are not if amazon has them in stock. No reply.

Different phone. You probably don't need the Note 9

I actually placed my order on 8/12 so hopefully you're close. By the way I ordered 512GB Blue Verizon.

I pre-ordered my 512 GB Note 9 with the free headphones through the Samsung app, then saw it was back ordered and cancelled my order, bought a 128 GB from Best Buy, then got an email from Samsung for a free duo charger, free rugged case, $99 icon x earbuds, and $100 off a Note 9 just to come back to them. Needless to say I returned my Best Buy Note 9 and will be patient with my Note 8 until I get the new phone, lol

Just check I can no longer cancel the case or headphones. Can only cancel the phone still. Good sign?
