So I got the Sep 29th email last night too. This was after chatting with support about why the delay and lack of communication. This whole situation is almost comically frustrating!! I have periodically been checking this forum for any updates too. I am seriously considering cancelling and see what Apple may have. I had an iPhone years ago. This move would more than likely be out of spite.

I can literally go to best buy and get the 512GB in purple. But I'm a big fan of the color.

So I ordered my 512 on 8/15. Was told I’d have it by the 24th. That came and went. Then I was told it would ship the week of 9/2. That came and went. Then my order went into fulfillment mode and I could no longer cancel the order on the website. A week later and about 100 phone calls later to Samsung. I got absolutely no where. Last night I found amazon has the us unlocked 512 in stock. Ordered it. Will be here Monday. I called Samsung and canceled the order over the phone. Done. What an ordeal. Samsung care. Hah. What a pos setup for customer service.
