Each time a new phone comes out, Samsung pre-orders seem to leave a few unlucky people stuck in limbo for weeks while everyone else gets their phones. (I pre-ordered from B&H this time and Samsung delayed their pre-order inventory too, but mine ended up shipping only one business day late.)
I wonder if you can cancel a stuck Samsung pre-order, place a new order instead, but still use the email confirmation of your original pre-order to claim Samsung's pre-order gift.
