Today i talked to the supervisor and he said Sept 30 but who knows it seems that those people have no clue.

That's why I cancelled... 44 days into this. I can deal with 4-6 weeks because that's somewhat normal for back ordered phones, regardless of a what rep or the website says, but two months for a pre-order is a slap in the face especially when people who ordered after are getting them sooner.

Are you getting the smaller memory version or possibly a different phone altogether. I e got the 128 GB and it's been great.

I probably won't get a another Note this year, mainly since I still have my caseless Note 8 that's in good condition. I've considered one of the new iPhones but mainly to get the Apple Watch 4...
Samsung has really left me with a bad taste in my mouth two out of past three years now (Note 7 and this).
When I contacted customer support the other day and they told me it wouldn't ship until October, there was no sense or concern of losing a sale/customer- that my pre-order wasn't any degree of a priority, which is why I walked away.
If they expect or want people to spend $1,000 or more on a new computer, and make no mistakes these are not just phones anymore, then they need to be on point. Yearly upgrades at this price point would be considered a colossal waste of money for just about any other product- what would people think of you if u bought a brand new laptop, PC or TV every year.
... Anyway their shipping delays/priorities turned into their loss.

Definitely see your point there. I am glad though that you have a note 8 so it's not like you're left in the dark completely. That's still a fantastic phone it's just very unfortunate that the 512 models have caused such an issue with a lot of preorder and buyers

Amazon still has the purple in stock currently, 512gb and B&H has the blue in stock as well, and unless you live in NY there is no sales tax. Granted B&H usually takes longer to process before shipping your item out.

The unlocked model on tmobile will essentially be just like using the tmobile version and you get wifi calling. Not sure Best Buy stock status on 512gb.

Tmobile.com also has the 512gb blue in stock as well and on sale!

I don't see any reason next time I'm rolling the dice on a samsung.com pre order since Amazon and BH now carry unlocked at launch. With B&H I will save $$ on tax too. All I'd have to do is find a way to unload my note 9 when Note 10 comes out.

So I'm hoping you guys that are pre orderers and still waiting, get your phone soon (Ziltaris). I am dissapointed with alot but the phone is nice. Not worth the unexpected wait. Kind of kills it for me. The unlocked version does work on Sprint, for anyone wondering, you just have to go into the store to get it on the network; the 512 version doesn't appear when they try to do it online.

You can finance 0% up to 24 months with Best Buy if you have their credit card.

Yea, so for me, I'm simply not dropping $1200 cash for a new phone because I get a new one every year basically. I pre-ordered over a month ago for a 128gb version at Samsung (free case, free wireless charger) and just cancelled it, been backordered ever since and don't want their case.

I put another order in for the 512gb version this time (free frontier and charger - better goodies imo) so god knows when that will come, but I don't get anxiety over this type of stuff so I can wait. Those wanting one today just need to get the unlocked joint it looks like. The best deals\freebies for me are by sticking with ordering from Samsung.
