Same, complete cluster fk lol. You have to wait until the end of october to get the 512gb model too. I don't understand their logic. Why not make them all available at once? It's so confusing as a consumer, some people can't even get their hands on 1 from the jump, now their releasing new colors in a week, but if you want a specific color, you can't get it with the specs you want until some other date, wtf?

Well, given when I cancelled my preorder and re-ordered it like 2 weeks ago the initial order said Ships week of Sept. 30th, and now I also got the email that says ships by Oct. 6th, I'm feeling pretty good about my phone shipping next week.

So glad I dumped the preorder. I honestly couldn't have cared much less for the headphones - I was gonna sell them and put the money towards a watch.

Although we make every attempt to have items available in stock, occasionally we may list inventory as back-ordered, indicating that the item is temporarily out of stock. These items are not available to ship immediately because we are in the process of additional inventory from our warehouse.

As per the recent update from our fulfilment team, order will ship week of Sep 30th, 2018. Hope your order will be delivered as soon as possible. One the order shipped you will receive a confirmation email along with the tracking number. I appreciate your understanding.

I just got an actual call from Samsung saying that the warehouse is getting more phones and that my phone should ship by Oct 6th. I wonder how many people they have to call? If it doesn't ship by Oct 6th, this will be even more of a cluster F than it already is.

Is there any way to fake a cancel of any sort to get a further discount? I know when I cancelled my initial pre-order it offered me a $75 coupon or some crap like that.

But wait, I ordered the Dex with everything else... how did I get that for only $50 bucks?

I finally got my shipping notice for my wireless headphones. I'm scheduled to get them tomorrow. For those who got them are they worth the wait? I know the were a free gift but are they any good and sound good?

I got this call too. Unfortunately it went to voicemail and the lady from eCommerce practically read off the email. I wish I picked up the call because I would love to have told them that I was happy to inform them that I was canceling.

I got that exact same email a few hours after getting an email from Samsung eCommerce guy apologizing and saying it will ship on 30 September. I'm done waiting. Told them to give me a reason to not cancel. I don't anticipate anything so I'm canceling tomorrow and either buying it from Best Buy or thinking of other options.

They're happy to inform me that my basic 128GB ATT model is going to be delayed again? Okay...

So, I lose the headphones. And the S7e $300 credit. It's just not worth it anymore. I will repurpose the S7e.

Amazon has the purple 512gb unlocked in stock currently and B&H currently has both unlocked colors in stock as well.
