Mine has shipped as well but the V-bucks say they have been delivered. Anyone know how to get those? I did not get an email or anything about he v-bucks.

Mine was shipped by Fedex expedited and got from Indianapolis to vegas in one day

Came next day. But it did leave from an Illinois distribution center and it arrived at my Office in Chicago via FedEx.

But kind of bummed I didn't receive the free case just the Wireless Duo charger. I'm going to find out what happened.

That doesn't make sense unless the driver got sick, truck broke down or it wrecked.

You can still get the headphones if you send them a screen shot of your pre order email.

How does that work? Where do you send them a screenshot of the pre order? I was in the same bought and wound up returning my first Note 9 and headphones, then cancelling the replacement order and got it at Best Buy.

I'd guess you probably call/chat/email samsung customer support and ask.

In the past 48 hours, my order has gone from Phone/Watch Backordered and charger in process online to Phone "Order placed", and Watch/charger backordered in the app, now to everything backordered online... Seems some of us are still mid-rollercoaster.

So I wait over a month for it show up, it shows up when I'm out of town and my wife runs an errand and I have to watch this 750 miles away. Hopefully its waiting for me when I get home later.
