Samsung: Galaxy Note 9 Pre-Order Thread

Not at the store, but if you preordered and shipped to your house, you will get it before hand.

Here is the thread if you want to read through it, but what I gather, they started to process and ship a week early. But not in order. All dependent on your location and vicinity of the warehouse you were closest too.

I am a little frustrated that we have seen no activity from BB yet and last year we at least saw it the weekend before. I am worried since I leave town the 25th that I won't get it before I leave.

Here is the more recent S9 preorders and how it went. Looks like the week of Monday-Tuesday they started to ship. So it looks like ours MAY start shipping Monday-Tuesday of this week.

I preordered samsung and having ship to my house. Since I processed it under husbands account I dont think I can have it held at a depot for pickup, likely have to wait for it to deliver to the house

Past does not gurantee present. We can go back further with best buy and see how they were late with everyone's shipment, can't remember if it was the note 7 or s8, but best buy was one is the worse ones then.

Agreed. The note 8 was the first time I've ever known Best buy to ship they're devices early. They've always been the lastest to give customer devices even after Verizon.

Mine still says that but if you notice on the tracking page for the headphones that says "in process," the order number matches the order number for the phone as well. So I'm hoping that this tracking page will be for BOTH the headphones and the Note 9.

Yes, and they have corrected it since then as many have said. The s9 pre-order is our best bet to go off of.

Im not sure how the online purchases are going. I just know what we have in store. No matter how many pre orders we get in store we never get enough units for our in store preorders. This goes for in store pick up as well.

Take it worth a grain of salt, but I spoke with higher tear Samsung support last night acting like I was wanting to cancel my order, but couldn't because the cancel order button was gone now. He told me there was nothing they could do from their end at this point because the order was already processed and was scheduled to ship out in 3 days. That would mean shipping on Tuesday at the latest.

Just passing that along.

Yeah most likely for your order it will. This was for my 8/13 order date so makes sense.

My order status changed from backordered to order placed this morning when I checked. I reserved and did the early pre-order on August 9th.

I think everything will be shipped together. Those who's status has changed to Phone=Preorder and Headphones=processing, I think the Processing and Track order is for the Phone and Headphones because they have the same order number, like someone said earlier . Which means we've been reading it wrong. The Tracking is for the entire order. Yeah!!!

You order more then one thing from Amazon at the same time... same order with same order number but different shipments.

You can choose to ship in the smallest number of boxes. Usually what I do.
