You can't even disable the Bixby Home screen? Nasty!

I'm planning to give Bixby a shot, because I've read some articles and watched some YouTube videos that highlight some really cool features. But I don't want Bixby Home taking up a screen, so I guess I'll be using Nova again.

I recommend giving Bixby another try. After watching a video on youtube I decided to turn it on and try it. I use Bixby almost every day now and almost never use Google anymore. May be worth giving it another try, bixby has come a long way.

Which video(s) did you watch on YouTube? I watched an excellent one by Techisode TV, and he did two very thorough reviews of the Gear S3 as well. Samsung needs to hire this guy pronto! I mean, seriously, there's no excuse for how poorly Samsung has marketed itself here!

Anyone preorder through the Samsung app for Verizon? I did and still haven't got any notifications. I ordered on the 10th...

I ordered the 512gb blue model on the 10th through samsungs website and chose t mobile.

I called today and they said ETA is the 26th of august, or at least shipping was the 26th.

So you and i should be seeing something by sunday or monday this next week. LETS HOPE

I would tell anyone if you get email on hold DO NOT wait for hold to go away and do NOT chat call Samsung on phone.
My note 9 order is on hold long story i dont still understand but has to do with a trade in I did in July for s9 plus.The trade has not gone thru i am told one trade per household.So they have me so confused I asked but todays trade is on note 9 a dif deal.
So they put me on hold twice and I am told are manually pushing my order thru?
Nothing yet back from them.Again if you get email order on hold CALL in to Samsung.

Oh I told them forget my trade part just send phone she said no they push it thru with trade deal.I asked if I had no trade then Yes I have my Note today.
I know makes no sense why a trade from a month ago has anything to do with todays note 9 deal.

I just placed my order for the humble 128gb blue version. I was on the fence since the Note 8 was doing well and I have every intention of getting the Note 9. However, being able to trade in an unused GS7 edge softened the blow and also I am running low on storage on my Note 8. I also want the stereo speakers too.

This is the latest I ever pre-ordered for a Samsung phone and the latest I've ever made the decision. Reading this forum flipped me over.

So, at this point the website says that it won't ship until the week of Sep 16 (lol) so that's what I get for waiting, but actually I'm okay with waiting. You all are keeping me well entertained and I will enjoy your unboxings, pics, and experiences.
