It's alright but the button of this version is kinda sharp and rough on the bottom and not comfy to hold. The Samsung rugged case feels nice in the hands but just doesn't seem rugged enough.

Anyone from Utah received tracking/shipping info OR phone? Still no movement on mine, so I'm not sure how it will arrive by Friday.

Dang I am so angry! Been home waiting for FedEx. I was in my room watching TV and I decided to let the dogs out. Door tag on my front door! It said customer not home, reattempt delivery tomorrow. No doorbell or knock, nothing! I have a Ring doorbell so it would have notified me if someone rang my bell or even walked up to my door! WTF FedEx?

Well I'm glad I didn't get the rugged case then, I did order it but cancelled for a refund, it just didn't look as good as previous Samsung rugged cases, I'll check on the Legion but still lots of other cases to try, enjoy your Notes everyone!

It's not a bad case. Like I said it feels good in the hands but I want something more protective. Legion is okay minus the sharp bottom of the case.

Thanks. I did call them and explained the situation. They messaged the driver to redeliver today by 3 PM. They assured me that the doorbell will get rung this time.
You should told them you will pick up today by the time the truck back to base of stop to pick up packages at local fedex office. I got redeliver issue and they never show up ( they was told come back at 4 ) . Driver always got **** when they got a message for re route for deliver, and most of them just ignore and drive to fedex office to pick up mails and back to base.
I used to work on Fedex and I know how driver are. The list of deliver about 100/ day, they tried to get miss because they have enough time for next deliver. The packages missed will add to next driver by next day.

Just made a thread about it. Basically right where the glass from the screen meets the metal frame, light is coming through there.

Why are you even going through Sprint? Just switch sim cards. If Sprint is an anything like Verizon then they suck. Carriers hate unlocked phones!
