Samsung: Galaxy Note 9 Pre-Order Thread

So I ordered a note 9 128gb ocean blue unlocked and it left a hold in my bank, then the money came back and I accidentally canceled but the order is still there and it hasn't charged me back again. Will it arrive even so?

So is fedex the known carrier for Samsung.com orders? This is my first samsung. Com preorder. Mine is still showing preordered Note 9, no cancel button, and headphones in process. I check fedex and ups regularly.
 
Still same status. I can't cancel the pre order but my bank account still has not been charged. I'm trying to chat with samsung to see if everything is on track still.

I'm willing to bet that is their default answer because they're not supposed to disclose if anything shipped early there's supposed to basically tell you it'll get there by the 24th

I hate to be “that” guy, but pestering their customer service online more then likely won’t get you anywhere, unless you have a legit issue. You could ask six different reps and get ten different answers. I have to imagine that they couldn’t care less about our phones or when we get them. You’re just a number in a que of people probably asking the same thing as you are.
 
Yes, that's what I have. That was the only option given. I would have done overnight if it was an option.
Don't trust what they say about the 3 to 5 days keep checking your order and check the FedEx and UPS logins if you have those apps so you can tell if anything is been printed or is heading your way to your location
 
This happens every launch, Lets be real CS reps really have no idea what they are talking about. This isnt Samsungs first phone launch and they have contracts with carriers (FEDEX,etc) to get these devices to the customers by the 24th. Heck with the iPhone X launch we all were watching our phones depart China the morning before launch and we all got them on launch day.
 
I’m not checking ups or FedEx I have bank account to alert me when a charge hit my account then I Know I should receive an shortly with tracking information. Hopefully we all get ours phone before or on the 24th
 
It's more like they have no clue rather than they are not disclosing

I firmly believe the customer service reps have less knowledge about when it ships than the collective knowledge of all the forum members who have gone thru this multiple times

Exactly. The reps know there is a new phone and it's supposed to ship soon. They know what they have been told to say (sort of) - they have no further "inside knowledge".
