I ordered blue 128 for Verizon on 8/18 still no update only my headphones say backordered. Samsung website promised delivery by 8/24
I think that amount of information is hard to transfer wirelesslySince Dex is now part of the phone, why do we still need a HDMI cable? why can't it use wireless monitors or TVs?
Well I wish Samsung wouldn't lie on their website and make promises they can't keep. The Samsung website (and the invoice I received after ordering)said order before 8/20 to get it by 8/24. So I ordered the 512GB Lavender Purple Note 9 on 8/16. I was getting jealous of every other person in this forum getting some type of notification so I decided to call after not hearing a word from them after preordering. First the lady couldn't find my order after searching using my order# ,last name, and billing address. She somehow by the grace of droid found it using my first name... Given that my name is somewhat unique and there are only a handful of people in my state with the same name. So she tells me the phone that Samsung told me would be here by the 24th was on back order and that I would most likely get it in September. No email no notification from their "my orders" page, no text, messenger pigeon, smoke signal, nothing. Samsung if your not going to uphold your word and send my device in a mannerly time frame the least a billion dollar company could do I contact your customers and tell them they won't get their device by the given date.
They are not lying simply it's a lot of customers, no on ****s on apple when there phones ship 2-3 months after release but samsung has one big time and it's all samsung sucks and is bad -_- they try to ship as much as it's made and available but if there is a higher demand they need to push it later to try to fulfill as much as possible..
Ok that's just gives me another reason to not like apple. Has nothing to do with my order though. My invoice I received after ordering said I'll get it by 8/24 and they're not following through. What is that besides a lie? They didn't even bother contacting me to inform me of it either. They shouldn't state things that can't follow through with (same for any company) or at least contact the person to tell them that it won't be shipped as soon as expected.

not necessarily if your other package is going ground it will be deliver by two different drivers our phones or going express which means in most cases it should be deliver by noonMy tracking says delivered by 8pm, but I have another order arriving tomorrow, via FedEx, that is unrelated to my phone. The other order says delivered by 4:30pm. I'm assuming they will both be delivered by 4:30! Why wouldn't they be?
