Samsung galaxy s5 sd card

So I brought an SD card and transferred all my pictures over and now when i try and open some pictures it says the picture cannot be found!! I tried moving the pictures back to the original folder and that still wont work! Ive gone onto my 'photos' app but it still wont work on there! Any advice please?!

Welcome to Android Central! How did you transfer the pictures to the SD card? Samsung devices can be a little finicky when it comes to SD cards. Try unmounting the card (Settings>Storage), removing the card, and inserting it into your computer using a fullsize SD adapter. See if you can access the photos using the computer. If you can, back them up now. You could then try reformatting the SD card, then copying the photos back to the card.

What class # of card did you buy, as the class#4 and above is recommended.
Take it out and look, it will be on the front of the memory card what class # that it is.
