Samsung Galaxy S7 does not fast charge anymore. Still charges but is very slow

My galaxy s7 has had a very annoying problem and I want to get rid of the phone unless I find a solution. I had bought cheap charging cords around 3 months ago and I think that may be something to consider with this problem. Using a branded cord plugged into my computer takes around 3 hours to charge. Using multiple fast chargers it takes 6+ hours to charge!!!! WTF. with a standard charger is 4+ hours. I have tested this phone with 5 Samsung branded fast chargers and no matter what it takes that long still. Wireless charging on the non fast Samsung branded charger takes 3+ hours. I am so confused why it does that. I would really appreciate any help because taking multiple hours to charge the phone is not working for me. Just for reference the phone is almost 1 year old. could this be something wrong with the battery or charging port?

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like it could be a charging port issue. Make sure it's clear of debris, and clean the contacts with rubbing alcohol.

You can turn off fast charge in the settings. Double check to make sure Fast Charge is enabled.

You may want to try wireless charging. You can set that to fast charging also.

The non-fast wireless charger seems to be charging at around normal speed then. Wireless charging is supposed to be slower than wired. Considering that it should take about 2hrs from zero to 100 in slow charging.

Have you tried booting the phone to safe mode and seeing how fast it charges then?

have you got it wet ? I got mine wet and now the port only slow charge and can't sync w computer. I can still fast charge but only on the pad .
