Samsung Galaxy SIII - Red "N" Symbol appears on top right hand corner of Software Update Icon

Hi
Sorry if this has been covered before.
I am new to Andorid after switching from Iphone.

I have noticed a red "N" on the top right hand corner of the software update icon.
When I launch the app I am directed to the the software update page. I select update and get the following message

Access to the software update service os provided to users in the order in which they request it. Please try later

This has been on-going for a couple of days now.

The same happens if I navigate tt the settings page via phone settings.

I was just wondering if anyone else has or has had this issue and if so how to resolve it?

Initially i thiugh this this oem form of queing system to drip feed updates from the provider, but now i aqm not to sure.

it will be the jellybean update notification. If you don`t want to wait in a queue for it, connect your phone via kies on your pc and you can update it from there.

good luck with kies mate lol. if it doesnt work 1st time, reinstall kies and reboot the pc.
