Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 sm-230nu Not connecting to WiFI in India

I have purchased this tab recently from USA and when I brought back to India , i tried connecting to my home WiFi network , it wasn't getting connected. It was not even showing my WiFi network in available networks , but the same WiFi works fine with all other devices. Somebody say that's because of frequency mismatch, i'm not sure about it ,.. Please help..!

It's possible, but that would only happen with a really cheap device. Try Wi-Fi Analytics Tool to see what's going on.
