Yes, it most certainly would. I'm sure someone will tell you it's the Knox app after long-pressing the notification and tapping the "App Info" button, but of course, that's wrong.
The "App Info" button tells you the name of the app posting the notification (which we know is the Knox app), not the name of the app which Knox has flagged, but very rudely refuses to identify as anything other than "an app".
Very poor form, Samsung!

Adding on with T-Mobile Note 3 screen shot, we have a "settings" option in our notice. Wouldn't it be wonderful if instead of saying "An application" they just used the actual name of the offending application?
