Samsung note 5 problem, screen freezes

i think that is not a long term fix for that, i think i will go to service centre and try to exchange a new one.
 
urs is asia version, right? i also don`t have samsung pay, and i exchanged the phone but still the same, it seems they are all same batch, anyway, maybe they can change ur phone with new batch since the phone is out for quite some time already, and i guess samsung has fixed the problem with the recent upgrade, maybe, lol. anyway, good luck to u.

ya asia version, i send my phone to Samsung service centre already. Hope can get a new one
 
Uninstalling Samsung Pay has NOTHING to do with this freezing issue folks. Having said that I have no clue what does but I have the International version Note 5 N920i on AT&T and it does not have Samsung Pay installed at all. My Note 5 freezes up too....
 
LOL, after a long time with no problem of the phone, today i restart the phone as it`s been on for quite a few days already, then the problem came back again, WTF. Give up, whatever.

If it makes you feel better, I have an iPhone 6 Plus running 9.1 and it freezes up BAD. Nothing will fix it, tried everything.
 
Does everyone who is having this screen issue freezing ha ve a 64GB Gold model?

Just trying to see if can pick up any patterns.
 
White 64 on Tmobile.
Once I uninstalled Samsung Pay updates it hasn't happened again.
 
International version 64 GB. As for as I got from XDA post it seems to happen on 64 gb version only. Im ready to break my phone from anger.
Yesterday went jogging with FITBIT + RUNTASTIC+ Music player in the background = unusable phones with lags and freezes of up to 30 seconds.
 
So it seems from the limited responses its only affecting 64GB models........

I wonder if the manufacturers for the memory chips are different to the 32GBs
Guys please try to refrain from saying this, i have the 32 gb version and encounter the problem almost daily.
 
Got same issue on my silver note 5 64 gb. Looks like the only thing common is 64 gb. I tried wiping cache restart etc. Battery like is fine. I think it's the theme. Maybe I'll use the default theme for a day and see if it works...
