Samsung Pay Nag Appearing Over Lock Screen

A number of times in the past week or two, when waking up my S7, Samsung Pay put up a nag screen to open an account, forcing me to tap a couple of times to get through to the lock screen.

in Samsung Pay's App Info, Disable is grayed out. (T-Mobile says that Force Stop will allow Disable, but it doesn't.) It can't be uninstalled. I have Notifications disabled already.

I was able to turn off "Apps that can appear on top" (T-Mobile says this should block its access to the lock screen) and "Apps that can change system settings," both of which had been on. I'll see if that fixes it.

In the meantime, is anyone else seeing this, and does anyone have a fix?

It sounds like Samsung phones are becoming Amazon phones, ad filled experiences except 3 times more expensive. This isn't the first I've heard of the Samsung ad problem.... completely unacceptable for phones that cost that much

My Lenovo tablet does some of that, nice tablet but I won't be buying another because of the ads
