I have been following you guys, I bought my wife the S7 because of the gear S2 promo, first time I have ever purchased a brand new phone that just came out for her and then got the email from Verizon that I can get another phone for free with the BOGO promo, so I took advantage of it and got the edge. I am going to use that one for my business that i am going to start up. But I did my paperwork on the 3/11 and I have not received any emails about shipping and I check fedex too. But I got the message on the rebate from "in route" to processing gift for delivery.
Samsung promotion status.

I have a tracking number in fedex finally for 1. Samsung site shows the new processing message and no emails. No movement yet, just a label.

Well....mine is back to 'shipping pending'. 
Getting really frustrated here.... i'm going to try calling after work today and figure out what's going on. I'll probably not get a decent response as told by other people here, but i'll still try.
...maybe it's time to switch back to the iphone.... i do a lot of yo-yo back and forth with apple and android.... i'm not a die hard fan of either...

Sorry to hear. I didn't do anything extra (contact customer service, etc.) to get mine now. Maybe yours is taking longer because you have two submissions (no, it shouldn't...just a guess as to a "reason").
Hope yours come soon.
I don't think anyone has anything to fear other than having to wait longer than we wanted. I submitted my promotion request (for the S2) on May 9 which I think is the first day anyone could have done so and I just finally got tracking info last week and it arrived at FedEx on Tuesday of this week and is now making it's way to me.
The original promotion did say 4-6 weeks so I will be receiving it within that time frame which I guess I can't complain too much about. PrizeLogic of course has done a horrible job of processing these and communicating with those of us eagerly awaiting our free gear. But it seems like everyone is eventually getting it... Just unfortunately in a random order and maybe longer than anyone wanted.

Tomorrow will be 5 weeks for me. I have nothing in fedex dm. Prize logic site flip flops all over the place but has mostly said pending and that's where it's at now. No tracking numbers anywhere. Not sure how they plan to get it here with fedex home in the right amount of time.
...to be clear tomorrow is 5 weeks from submission. And it was approved less than a week later. So they might have a week and a half. I am on the east coast (less than an hour from the ocean). I know fedex home is fairly slow delivery especially from half way across the country. So I hope they step it up. It's crunch time.

Got my S2 today. Pretty nice that it's the 3G version. Not going to sign up for that service with Verizon, but still nice that I have that option in the future, if I want. Glad I ordered the S2 instead of the VR gear. The VR gear seems more of a novelty item, that after a few weeks is never used. The watch I wear every day!
Agreed - I was monitoring all the Pre-Order deals. The only one that came close to this in value was from Target where you could get the free VR Gear + $100 Target Gift Card (which is pretty much the same as $100 cash to me). But I figured the watch (though something I would have never bought) would be something that I could use practically on a day-to-day basis. Can't wait to get mine next week! I probably will get the Verizon service for only $5+taxes - at least try it out for a few months - if I find I'm not using the 3G part, then cancel it.
I am so tired of this &*^%. Sent in for promotion 3/11. Approved a couple of weeks later. Was sent shipping information scheduled 4/18 but would be vr. Confirmed s2 to be shipped 4/18. Saw that they changed to ensure route. Then saw they changed status to preparing shipment. Now the shipping date is pending this after speaking to someone yesterday and today that shipping was confirmed 4/18. UGH!!!!!!
Submitted on March 15th and received mine yesterday April 15th. It was left on the door step, no signature required. So excited, I hope everyone else's comes soon.

Has anyone run across replacement bands for this S2 (SM-R730), that aren't just OEM or copy basic replacements? Ideally, I'd like a leather band, but they seem only made for the pin loaded models (720, 732 Classic, etc.). All I find are bands seemingly just like the 2 that come with the S2, with a couple of color options. If no leather, maybe something a bit nicer/different than the standard.
I know I run across posts for accessories from time to time here that I never see on Amazon or eBay So, figure it's worth asking.
