Check the date on the article, sounds like something I heard several weeks ago. I think several had issues with the connection tabs missing that allow the window functions.

I would like to know this as well. I would to have mine on all the time. Sort of pointless with out it being always on.

I like the s-view, but I do noticed that when I open the flap and screen wakes up a white strip flashes where the notification banner is, it's a bit annoying for me. Anyone else noticed this?

I have two cases. One from Incipio- which has a white shell with a white cover. You can remove the shell and use the phone with it or pop it in to the cover and the entire phone is completely covered. (Hard to explain.)
This is my every day case because it protects, but bulky.

I have the S view. It is not my every day case but I use when when I'm out for the evening or with the family. It's sleek, has functionality, and goes with my outfits and LV purse! Looks great altogether! LOL!!

If you want more protection, buy a second case. But the S view case makes the phone look gorgeous!

I have the white Note 3, soft pink cover. Bought it at shopandroid.com for 45.00.

Doubtful as I guarantee mine is just as good . The Samsung one is just overpriced.

Either way I wasn't insulting the guy as you all are taking it. I just was asking why spend so much... Answering with real answers versus "I may like it" would be helpful because... Then I'd maybe be like OH yeah makes sense versus just saying why you may like it... Even though the post is about him not liking it.

The flip case for the S4 was decent. The Note 3 case was pure garbage.

LG G2 has the best flip case I've ever used. High quality, you can reject or answer calls with the case closed, select music with the case closed, and it still fits into most armbands.

I got mine with a bundle deal. I didn't even realize what it was til later, since I was on a time crunch and basically chose the smallest they had. I'm usually on a motorcycle so it had to be something that would still fit comfortably in my jacket pocket or my little belt bag.

I didn't like it much at first and picked up another cover from Amazon but went back to the S-view after a couple of days. My only complaint is that I wish I could choose the music player. It's kind of annoying having to take the gloves off and open up the cover to get to it if I was daft enough to forget to start it before getting the gear on

Oh, and mine is soft pink with a white note.

I didn't pay that much for it since it was part of a bundle, but you're right. I would have refused it if I'd had to pay for it separately. I've never bought manufacturer covers in the past but for what I paid, it was worth it and I prefer it over the poorer quality, bulkier wallet case I bought from Amazon.

I still can't get my cover to stay closed. It just flaps back open when I close it. I have tried running my finger down the stitches and it does help. I have a black one also so maybe I will try that one. I have just been using the white one. Other than that I love it
