Android Central Question

Bought this snapdragon version even tho I could save up money on the exynos version.. And found out that it isn't connecting to 4g but only has the lte option... Now don't tell me they're the same. Cause they're not. DL/UL tests are clearly slower that my S8 4g+ connection... Why would they commercialize such an obsolete connection on a freaking s10?

It’s either 4g lte, or lte. Are you saying you have a 3g phone? Doubtful.

Could be that OP carrier requires their imei whitelisted. Since it sounds like he or she is using an import on their home network.

Your post makes no sense. LTE is 4G......

Welcome to Android Central! What carrier are you using? Are you certain your S10 variant supports most if not all of the carrier's 4G bands?

In the US, certain phone models display "LTE" in lieu of "4G," because yes, they're considered the same. You mentioned "4G+" -- that's also known as LTE-A, and is only available in certain countries on certain carriers. It may be that the S10 variant you have doesn't take advantage of LTE-A.
