Samsung s4 camera not working

Hello!
My front-facing camera cannot focus and the screen is incredibly blurry. And when you take a picture there is a delay before/if it even takes a picture. YES I have turned off all "options", YES of course I've tried cleaning the glass. Appreciate all help!

I have heard of you take the battery cover off, and take a can of compressed air, you can blow the dust out. I don't have a Samsung anymore, so I cannot confirm.
