Samsung s5 horrible call quality! Call are very because they can't hear me and the sound is muffle

please help me fix my verizon samsung s5. The sound quality is the worst I have ever experienced callers cannot hear me are constantly yelling at me I had done everything I can think off to make it work please help me or else I will lose my money and throw this phone away because it simply does not work properly. Thank You!
