The settings of my S5neo do not include the "Accessories" menu anymore as it was the case for the S5. As a consequence, I cannot access the settings for S View Cover, Audio, a.o. of the S5neo.
The Samsung support logged onto my device but could not help. This issue was new to them but recommended to do a hard-reset. Which I did but didn't bring the "Accessories" menu back onto my S5neo.
Does anybody have the same issue? Any recommendations?
