Samsung S6 Active Underwater Salt Water for pictures?

I am about to go on my honeymoon in the bahamas in a couple weeks. We have a tour to go snorkel, swim with sharks, swim with pigs, etc. Would I be able to take my Samsung S6 Active in the ocean with me to take picture? I've seen people post pictures and videos that they say they used their GS6 active to take but would like more input.

I would only be in the water for a few minutes at a time and no insane depths. Maybe 3 feet max.

Welcome to the forums. I wouldn't risk it. The differences between saltwater and fresh water impacts greatly in the water resistance test.

Your device is water resistant not waterproof. You will find salt water damage is not covered under your warranty.

I guess I should just get an underwater camera. I have a go pro but its an older one and only shoot with 8mp. was hoping for something better.

Or look for a waterproof case that works in saltwater.
