Hi my samsung galaxy 7" tablet connects to home WI fi via BT Voyager Reuter and Talk Talk Although settings show connected and signal strong, I cannot connect to the Internet. Samsung have had the tablet for repair 4 times but have failed to identify any fault on the tablet so they are no longer trying to help me .
Going back to factory settings helps but only works for a few days then it won't let me connect anymore. Also switching off Reuter then rein putting password works but again only for a few days.
Bt and talk talk say it is not their problem.
All other devices in the house ie
iPad phones laptop desk top and kindles all work without any problem.
Can anyone help?
