Did anyone send a phone in that had screen burn in? My Note 8 has pretty significant burn in so I'm a little worried it will be rejected even though it wasn't listed in their three requirements.

I've got a pkg. that was scheduled to be delivered Tuesday but was changed to Wednesday - it all evens out.

Not for the Note 10 but when I got the S10, I had picked up a Note 8 from eBay for trade in and that significant burn in. Trade in went thru successfully for me. Obviously your mileage may vary but my gut feeling and based on my prior experience you should be fine if it's as described without any cracks on the screen etc.

what about a cluster of dead pixels? if they refuse it or discount it, will they return it if I ask for it back? I'm only getting $300 so if they want to reduce it I'd like it back

That's hard to determine.... It's a not clear on if we only have to meet the question criteria. Could be that's it's hit or miss with screen issues but I haven't heard back of any issues with returns but keep us posted

If you read the FAQs -- they will not send your phone back if they accept the trade in, even if it is at a discounted price. It is only if they refuse the trade in that they will return the phone, if you ask.

I'm not sure , the order I filled out didn't mention , so be interesting what Samsung does .
