Yay, I am so relieved to have received this email! They received the Note 9 I traded in yesterday, and about 29 hours later they accepted it for the full $600.
Now, I no longer have to worry about ruining the trade-in when I contact Samsung regarding the vertical white line on my Note 10+.

My trade-in succeeded too, despite the shipping delays and exceptions (and a visible scratch on the back of the phone).
I got my email a little earlier tonight that my trade-in was accepted. I was a little shocked to be honest because I'd had the back glass replaced by a 3rd party that didn't use a genuine Samsung back.
That's great news. Now you can relax until next trade-in.
I did the upgrade program so I'm good to go until next year...unless some other phone catches my eye.
Like maybe the Pixel 4 or iPhone 11?
Definitely not the Pixel 4. I haven't really cared for Pixels thus far. I already have a XS Max, so I don't really think I need the 11.
Couple daysGot my “accepted” email this morning. How long does it usually take for the credit to post?

I wouldn't wait to contact them
I took my Note 10+ to uBreakiFix. The vertical white line on the screen is considered a manufacturer's defect and it's covered under Samsung's manufacturer's warranty. No cost to me, except my time. I just hope it doesn't affect the next trade-in.
