I use it on my T Mobile locked device. I deleted the T Mobile version and just use the Samsung one. Works way better that the one T Mobile provides.
Like i mentioned TMobile carrier or unlock Samsung voicemail was not available , possible u had a different sim that installed it at one point , if you delete it probably wont come back. I use TMobile visual voicemail and yes im not crazy about itI converted my unlocked TMo branded S22U to esim and now the Samsung VVM app no longer works. I tried to clear app cache and data but it will not verify account data to complete setup. So, as you say it seems TMo doesn't want people using this app on devices connected to their network. Locked or unlocked. I've been discussing this with TMo corporate and they are trying to get an answer for me. But I don't want to go back to physical SIM b/c I'll be traveling and want ability to add local SIM (hence the reason for esim conversion).
So, back to the crappy TMobile VVM app. BooView attachment 344084View attachment 344085View attachment 344086
Yes, the Samsung vvm app offers pretty much the same features as the tmo app. At least I didn't notice anything missing in the Sammy appDoes the Samsung Visual Voicemail have an option to transcribe and send the voicemail as a text?
That's the best feature of the TM Visual Voicemail.
Welcome to AC!I contacted Samsung and they act like they don't even know that there is a native Samsung app since its not in the Galaxystore. Any chance you would be willing to pull a backup of the apk and share it via a dropbox like or similar?
I don't recall on ATT alsoI'm unlocked on AT&T and have been using the samsung visual voicemail for a couple years now on different devices. I haven't seen an option to transcribe to text with it.

Welcome to AC!I have an S22 ultra, unlocked and purchased from the Samsung store. I use US Mobile and I've had this phone since March.
I did have VVM on my phone when I bought it and it worked just great. And then it disappeared from my phone about a month ago. It Just up and ran away. I have done everything recommend to find the app jn my phone, but it's just gone!
When I try to install the app from Samsungs app store it says it's installedwtf? It's not in the app drawer, it's not in the hidden folder, and it doesn't come up when I do a search for it in my phone. And it doesn't pop up when I get a voicemail anymore either.
On the Samsung members area there are a few others that are having the same issue. Nobody can figure it out. It seems to have happened after the June update for most, if not all who are having this issue.
I want it back but it doesn't look like that's going to happen.![]()
Has anyone on here had this happen too?
