Saving mama's phone (infinite boot)

Hey guys!
I'm here because i need a little help on reviving my mother's phone. After she changed carrier, did some unknown-to-me re-settings and turned it off, his phone stays in boot up for an infinite amount of time. Model is a Huawei Y330, obviously I didn't find anything specific.
Can you guys give me some advice?

Welcome to the forums. Can the device be rebooted into recovery or the bootloader?

Yes, but it's only a screen that says to use the HiSuite to recover it, and a link to a chinese site. I already tryied to download the Hisuite but it say that the phone isn't supported. Link is zh.ui.vmall.com/emotiondownload.php?mod=restore

Sorry about the delay. If the files for reflashing the stock ROM aren't available, I'm not sure what to suggest.

Can you reboot into recovery from the bootloader?
