I've have my note 5 (vzw, stock ) for a while now, love it (coming from note 3).
Past few weeks have had screen brightness issues. Screen is clean (eg sensor not blocked).
Usually use auto brightness but it doesn't seem to adjust as well anymore and the slider has less impact. Non auto seems quite bright along the full spectrum.
Given my poor battery life now, I wonder whether Sammy made an adjustment on screen energy usage? Sensor wearing out?
Thought I'd make some adjustments on screen brightness to try to eek out better battery but perhaps that's more common so a change was made?
