Screen problem after installing update

Hello, I start having some problems after I installed new update for my watch. It screen turn on when I move my hand a bit, not only when I turn my wrist. This issue quite annoying especially when you go to sleep and your watch screen just turn on, I had to take it off. Any suggestion or fixes on this problem, cause it worked fine before update?

Is the wake up gesture switched on in the advanced settings of the watch?

Yes it is switched on. I put my watch on charger to recharge, then i turn it off and on, i think it somehow helped it works normal now.
