I feel that the screen is a lot less sensitive than my Droid 2. I have to apply reasonable pressure to get it to respond, especially using the on-screen keyboard which is honestly sucking at this point.
It also doesn't seem to support multi-touch like my D2 did. I have to completely release the previous letter before moving on to the next one.
