Just did that. No change

Go into the dialer app and type the following:
*#*#72786#*#*
Phone should restart and re provision to the carrier.

Guess what? I did this and changed the band to "Class 10", restarted and the scrolling message went away to be replaced with the name of my carrier. And the carrier goes away after a few seconds. Only problem was, my phone couldn't place or receive calls.

When I entered that into the dialer, it immediately erased itself from the dialer after entering the last *. It did not restart. I restarted. No change.

I tried them all. The only one that allowed me to place and receive calls was the "Automatic" band choice. The "United States" choice did not take away the scrolling message.

Those are the only 2 options that work. A couple others reduce my signal in half. The 2 options that work - no change - still scrolling message.

I don't know what I did, if anything, but it seems to only show up as a scrolling notification on the lock screen. Once unlocked, it goes away, but remains as a scrolling message at the bottom of the quick menu, and as a fixed message in the settings directly under "Mobile Network". I'm guessing with all the troubleshooting we've done, it's just a message I'm going to have to live with. Which I can do. I'll let Google and US Cellular know. I sure appreciate the effort.

We got it just stay in notifications panel so that's good , just need the right combination it should eliminate there also.
