SD card is blank or has unsupported filetype. Can't be read by PC and phone.

Hi I know the problem but I can't access the Micro SD card to solve it.
I recently activated private mode in my Samsung phone and unknowingly moved the private folder from internal phone memory to my external sd card.

Now my sd card can't be read/ accessed by my computer and phone. It is definitely because of the private folder in my micro sd card. I just need to delete it but with no access it is impossible.

Please help.

Try accessing it as administrator on your computer when you open the sd card?

The sd card drive doesn't show up but I can hear the sound that it is connected and disconnected intermittently.

Maybe you have the lock thing on the sd adaptor reader thing turned on. Switch it to the opposite side.
