SD card issues help please!

When I plug into my computer (64 bit Windows 7) - the card is identified but when I click on it, I am asked to insert a disc - on the phone, I get the red triangle with the exclamation point - Have I done something wrong?

Are you trying to plug it into your computer to use it as a USB storage? Or just to charge?

was gonna uploadload some music, photos etc

When you plug it in, is there an option on the notification window for you to select charging, USB storage, sync, etc?

no, no options, I get a USB indicator and the red triangle with the exclamation - I can go into settings and see that the card is mounted but cannot communicate with it

Is USB debugging on or off?

how do i find out? I think thats what the red triangle is, so I would say yes

go to your homescreen

Menu > Settings > Applications > Development

uncheck USB debugging, and see if that works...
