SD card issues

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum, I've got a "new" Samsung Galaxy J5 and purchased a micro SD online to expand the storage. The problem now is if I use the samsung app manager (I also tried apps to SD app) to move apps to the sim card when I try to open/play them I ger te message "app not installed" and have to go to the app store and re-install them. I also use Double Twist media player and when I reboot the phone it takes a good 10/15 minutes to load the songs from the SD card but then it works fine so I'd assume the SD is compatible. Any ideas please??

Be aware that some SD cards purchased on line are fakes and do not work properly. Did you buy from a trusted source? What is the make of your card and where did you get it?
