Secure boot/fastboot stuck on lg g5

[Android Central Question]

When I try to turn the phone on it comes up with a screen saying

SECURE BOOT - enabled
LOCK STATE - locked

[140190] Fastboot mode started

I have no idea how this started but I cannot seem to exit it. Does anyone know it the phone is screwed or not?

Welcome to Android Central! Pull the battery to force a shutdown, then insert the battery and try powering up again. Does the same menu come up?
