Secure folder locked notification

Go to unlock secure folder with password and I keeps asking for password over and over.

Is the password the only unlock you have on it?

There is no way to reset the private folder and it is my understanding that the only way to make a new one is to factory reset the device. This of course means that all of the previous data is lost. If you have thoughts of alternate passwords...

Yes it is the correct password all it does is once I put the password in and click ok the screen goes away but then comes right back asking for the password again.

Try first a power off and restart.

That then sounds like its crashing, clear the apps Data then force stop.it this will erase everything unfortunately

Have tried all that I didn't have anything in the secure folder anyways.... I want to get rid of it so I dont have that permanent notification but cant login to delete it.
