Hello all,

I teach at a school that uses a WiFi network that makes you re-authenticate every 3 hours.

To login a Cisco website pops up where you have to enter a username and password.

I am unable to get to that screen, and instead this pops up:

Typically on a website there's an option below that red circle I believe called "advanced" which you can click and end up bypassing to enter the information.

Any help or suggestions to get past this lock circle?

Thanks in advance!

Talk to you IT admin and ask if they can do a Mac pass through. If so, give them your Mac address. Just remember, no assumed right to privacy on their connection and they can and will monitor every site that you visit

I ran into this when I was traveling last and our IT did something in that screen like trust or don't trust or accept connection, I don't exactly remember and its been a while since I was there. Look for something like that. Then he'd open a regular web browser and that got me to the prompt.

Click on the 3 dots seen in the image. There should be an option for "Use connection as is" or something similar to those words under there. That will temporarily make your phone appear as if its connected. Then, open a browser and browse to any webpage. If your secure login is like mine, then it will redirect you to the sign-in page then. If not, try manually browsing to the login page, if you know what it is.
