SELECT mock location APP feature missing !!

I have got Samsung Galaxy J5 2015 which runs 5.1.1. In it's developer options ; above "view attribute inspection" option there should be an option like other phones are having called "Select mock location app", but it is having an option which can be just turned on and off rather than an option to choose a specific app.. WHY IS THIS SO? AND HOW CAN I SELECT A SPECIFIC APP FOR MOCK LOCATIONS.
