Sense reboots

I was having the VERY same problem until I rooted my Evo... every since then, no Sense reboots. The problem only started occurring after I took the recent OTA update.

Are you using any ROMs? I've tried two sense-based ROMs and both ROMs seem to reboot like Sense did and causes all kinds of force closing when I unlock the phone again. Even being rooted with just the stock ROM, it still does the sense reboots.

A very basic question here - I'm having nearly constant Sense reboots, and it's driving me batty.

If I try Launcher Pro, does that imply I need to root the Evo? I'm trying to keep things simple, but I need to try something else here, since I've got a year to go on my Evo!

Of course, it would be better if Sprint/HTC would come up with a fix...!

As far as I know you don't need to be rooted. I tried Launcher Pro, but didn't like it as much as Sense. I've noticed that the reboots have gotten worse over the last few weeks.

Yeah I've pretty much made up my mind that my next phone won't be an HTC
